Absolutely! All you have to do is plug it in and it is ready to go!

We recommend leaving a how-to sign to prompt your guests to leave a message. We can provide you with examples if you wish.

Yes. However, we do recommend having sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer available to guests  before and after use. Our phones have excellent audio quality and can pick up audio even when held a few inches away from a person’s face or if they are wearing masks.  

No! The GráFón works by itself once it is plugged in. We want to keep it as easy and stress free as possible for you.

As soon as possible. This way we can make sure the GráFón you want is available for your day. We require a €100 deposit to secure the booking.

We send you every voicemail recorded. However, we do not tolerate hate speech or offensive words. In these cases we will edit or remove the voicemails. 

No!Every voicemail is sent to you. However, we do have a three minute limit on each message.

We ensure that our GráFón is collected by our courrier service approximately 2 days after your event at a prearragend address. All you have to do is pack the GráFón back up into its original packaging and make sure it is ready for collection.

Our audio editors typically get voicemails back to clients within 2-4 weeks of receiving the phone back from them. Vinyl records take roughly 2-6 weeks to be completed and shipped.

No. We cover all events; birthdays, christenings, retirement parties, anything at all!

Yes the €100 deposit is refundable provided the GráFón is returned on time and within working order.
